Court Approval: The amount obtained for the Property at the public auction will be subject to Court approval.
Registration and Deposit: The winning bidder must provide a $5,000 deposit with the Auctioneer at the conclusion of the auction. The deposit shall be in the form of a cashier’s check made payable to Statewide Auction Company and will only be refunded in the event the winning bidder’s offer is not accepted by the Seller or Court.
